This Sunday is the opening for our exposition "Sunday at the Park". After the smoke has cleared I'll post the images that I put up and some photos of the gallery.
The show is being curated by William Fenton-Hathaway, a friend of mine who lives in LA and after working at the Gagosian Gallery recently moved to the Prism Gallery on Sunset Boulevard. His text presenting the exposition is as follows:
Ladies and Gentlemen, we are proud to present Sunday at the Park, a collection of photographs to make you smile.
What a better way to present this exposition than the phrase used to commence the traditional circus spectacles.
From Rio de Janeiro to Los Angeles and at any moment of time the feeling of happiness of a Sunday at the Park is universal, and this is what is presented in this exposition. These images evoke smiles due to their smell of childhood, taste of laughter and the sound of a hot summer night.
We invite you to enter this world, too.
