It's been a couple of months since I last posted because it's been non-stop for the last three months... Ever since Curta na Praça started it's been frenetic.
Anyways, I've always enjoyed the portrait. Curta na Praça presented us with a stage all set up and we took some incredible images. I think that portraits are especially intense when the subject is looking directly at the camera. There's something about the way that it captures a look, naked... an expression, or a gesture and freezes it, turning it immortal.
We ended up getting some incredible candid portraits of these beautiful little kids. Maybe it's all in the eyes...
